We can provide and appropriate supply of necessary hardware for contracted levels of management, control and supervision.
We develop bespoke network management solutions and our range of in-house software modules, processes and platform tools allows unique installations to be completed in extremely short periods of time.
Installations and Commissioning
Each installation is planned and agreed prior to commencement. Our teams will work on-site and off-site as necessary to pre-arranged schedules.
Full testing is carried out at every component stage of the project until final commissioning and sign-off.
We offer a full warranty on completed systems.
Ongoing Support
Yearly contracts on fixed, monthly costs or T&M call out and repair contracts and extensions to hardware and software warranties are available.
‘Help desk’ facilities ensure that all incidents and work carried out is fully documented and dealt with as quickly as possible.
Staff can be available on-site, when required, to your specified call-out time.
